Alf Gunn’s Brasulista

Alf Gunn1Alf Gunn has long been emailLDS Templeing out his “Brasulista” newsletter to people interested in the missionary work in Brasil for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The initial impetus for this site was to give Alf’s emails a permanent archival home. Just click on the growing archive on the right side menu and enjoy the reading.

Alf is a great communicator and I remember my first contact with him regarding the idea of an online Brasulista. Alf immediately rejected the idea because his plate is full. He described his routine and he described his desire, or lack thereof, to spend even more hours in the preparation of his long-running newsletter. All I could do was smile and I explained that I would do the added work for him and to that he smiled. Alf has continued his end of the deal by keeping us all informed, and I will slowly take his old archive and include it in the archives here. This should help unlock information that was totally lost to those that did not keep each of the 200 (and growing) email newsletter notices.

Alf Gunn  (BSM 62-65) - Gig Harbor, WA - - 253-307-3338
